Officer, Senior Officer, Assistant Manager-Pension Operations and Fund Administration

Our client, a well-known trustee in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.

 

Responsibilities

Pension Operations

  • Make sure all member records are maintained in accurate and proper by supervising and providing training to the junior staff in daily operations
  • Ensure all daily operations are complied with statutory requirements and service benchmarks
  • Handle customer enquiries and assist in preparing management reports
  • Support ad-hoc business initiatives/projects as required

 

Fund Administration

  • Supervise a team in performing portfolio valuation NAV prices computation and other fund administration works daily
  • Ensure all records are correctly prepared by checking valuation reports and other fund administration works
  • Support ad-hoc business initiatives/projects as required

 

Requirements

  • University graduate with minimum 5-6 years of experience in pension operations or fund accounting & administration
  • Good knowledge on MPF regulation is preferable
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Good computer skills, e.g. Chinese Words processing and Excel
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills

(Applicant with more relevant experience will be considered for the senior role.)
