Facility Administration Manager (Financial Institution)

Our client, a reputable personal finance company with strong background and vast coverage in Hong Kong for retail consumer finance, is now looking for a facility administration manager to join them for business expansion purposes.


Highly attractive salary package with 13 months guaranteed salary and good discretionary year bonus is provided for the matched candidate.



  • Lead a team of office facility admin staff with various job grades from workmen, Works Officer, Senior Officer up to AM to handle all round office admin duties such as shop renovation, lease management, vendor management, supplies procurement, facilities management, courier services, etc.
  • Vendor management and negotiate the best deals for the company
  • Ensure all office admin equipment such as phone lines, photocopier/fax machines, furniture are in good service condition and they are timely replaced to support office tasks
  • Liaise with and manage internal teams for Chinese mainland relevant office admin and renovation projects
  • Advise senior management for the drafting, update and revising of office policies, work procedures and guidelines
  • Responsible for office admin budget preparation and ensure all relevant actions are done in cost-effective ways
  • Ensure office operations are in line with all relevant laws, rules and regulations of Environmental Protection, Labour Ordinance and Health & Safety in workplace



  • Degree education in Business or related
  • Around 10 years office facility admin work experiences for sizable companies, preferably in banks, finance institutions, retail company with large retail networks, etc.
  • Office renovation project and lease management experiences are required.
  • HR and single office administration work experience are insufficient and will not be considered as relevant.
  • Management experience with teams of office admin and renovation workers / agents to carry out effective daily office admin works and renovation project works.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
